· Implemented Lean Six Sigma improvements within maintenance and laydown operations, reducing labor hours associated with parts identification, ordering, and staging.

· Led a 550-nautical-mile operational transit (Mayport, FL to Norfolk, VA), coordinating logistics, risk mitigation, and emergent repairs—avoiding $20K in contracted repair costs.

· Directed disposal of three 15MWBs and two 110-foot barges, achieving approximately $6M in future maintenance cost avoidance through lifecycle disposition planning.

· Oversaw acceptance, certification, and readiness verification of a 60DS dive craft, ensuring suitability for operational naval diving missions.

· Managed multiple concurrent maritime maintenance and overhaul projects, overseeing scope, cost, schedule, and quality in compliance with NAVSEA standards.

· Served as Project Manager for the complete overhaul of two U.S. Navy Barrier Boats located in Norfolk, VA, and Groton, CT.
