During my time at AT&T I developed my charming personality, strong communication skill, superb presentation skill and the ability to easily relate to people. As a manager I enjoy de-escalating displeased customers and watching them leave happier then when I first interacted with them. Seeing my words and actions motive, inspire and develop my team is the most rewarding of all. I am excited to have this opportunity and to start this next chapter in my life.
