In 2019 i had the enriching opportunity to volunteer for a charity shop in Edinburgh. My main roles were organizing the shop efficiently to enhance customer experience and assisting clients with their purchases helping them find hidden gems in the donated items. This period allowed me to connect with a different array of people between volunteers and clients, improve my english speaking skills and offer me a first glimpse into a functioning working environment.
