I held a 42% ownership stake in Virtual Reality Media, JSCo., a company specializing in the development and production of flight simulators, primarily for military applications. Following my relocation to the USA, I made the decision to divest my shares. I acquired my ownership following the passing of my first husband, and together, we have served as company owners since 2000.

Throughout our tenure, both as directors and active contributors to business and marketing strategies for VRM, JSCo., as well as its sister companies, we achieved significant recognition. The company garnered numerous accolades globally and domestically, earning a position among the 13 best small companies in Europe. Notably, in Slovakia, we were honored with the prestigious Diamonds of Slovak Business award on two occasions. Our achievements were also acknowledged in Forbes, featuring the company in three separate articles since 2015

Initiated the establishment of a new branch for Virtual Reality Media and ASE, Inc. in Switzerland, overseeing a spectrum of critical responsibilities:

  • Identified and secured an optimal building for the company, managing all coordination related to company equipment.
  • Addressed the unique challenge of obtaining work and living permits for a predominantly foreign workforce.

The inception of Synerco stemmed from a successful history of collaboration with ASE, Inc. in Tampa. Having previously worked together on contracts for the U.S. government, the decision was made to establish a jointly owned venture while maintaining the independence of both VRM and ASE. As the appointed managing director, I relocated to Switzerland and undertook all necessary tasks to launch and operationalize the company in the region.
