- Experience with handling >2000 sample projects for metabolomics studies, including sample preparation for a wide variety of tissues and/or biofluids using a variety of preparation techniques (liquid-liquid extraction, SPE).
- Data acquisition and quality assurance of data using LCMS and experience using computational softwares for data analysis (QualBrowser, TraceFinder, Progenesis QI, Tunes, Xcalibur, and in-house developed Software Engineering Computational tools for data processing in metabolomics workflow).
