Responsible for ensuring the quality of education within a KinderCare center by actively supporting teachers inimplementing the company's curriculum, providing ongoing training and mentorship, observing classrooms to monitor teaching practices, and collaborating with center leadership to achieve operational and accreditation goals, all while focusing on providing the best possible care and education for children in their care; essentially acting as a curriculum expert and leader within the center to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

A health and safety coordinator ensures the safety of children in the care of the organization. This includes creating and maintaining safe sleep policies, food safety practices, and outdoor play areas.

Safety coordinators may also: Train staff on safety standards, Conduct risk assessments, Analyze health and safety data, and Recommend changes to regular activities
