• manage inventory effectively, maintaining an organized and appealing display of jewelry items.
• resolved customer complaints promptly and professionally, preserving brand reputation and fostering loyalty among clients.
• upsold warranties and purchase add-ons to customers to drive sales revenues and achieve sales goals.

• While employed I was in charge of making customers drinks and smoothies, working toasters in order to provide them with hot sandwiches or wraps
• In the back I worked on prepping all edible items, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean environment
• During closing shifts I was also in charge of cleaning the guest area of the store.
