My objective is to become a private chef and learn as much as possible of the different styles of cooking from around the wold. That is why I am studying to be a chef at the El Paso Community Collage. I've had experience in Applebee's as a fry cook and grill cook but in Sushi Itto I've had experience on the flattop, grill, and fryer. I am also one of the Sushi and Teppanyaki Chefs at this location. I hope to move on and increase my culinary knowledge and skills so as to become the best i can be.
