Production Supervisor for FNA Group Team.I help assist with supervising three different departments that help manufacture various equipments for pressure washers. Took care overseeing the following departments, hoses,pumps and kitting area that make manuals for models and frames that are used as the base for unit. I have also helped cover the powder coat assembly department. All of these different areas are ran to build various pressure washers from Craftsman,Dewalt and Simpson machines. My responsibility was to help maintain work flow balanced. Assisted with training new operators and show current employees new areas when moved to help cover other groups. I manage coaching's when required,and work closely with other production supervisors to help meet out daily numbers as a team. Followed up with upper management to do our best to prepare teams to minimize any downtime that can affect customer orders.

I was a first shift supervisor in charge of 24 operators overseeing production. I was responsible to meet our daily production goal of 1800 completed jobs for our customers. Our coating department applied a hard coat that provided a anti scratch film that helped minimize scratches on both sides of lenses. We also had anti reflective coatings that were applied in chambers that helped our customers with minimizing harmful glare. I took care of Etime for operators, scheduled vacation hours and took care of onboarding for our new employees. I helped with training operators to help meet their JPH at each station the correct way. I did counselings with employees when needed, helped with our safety committee to support proper PPE was worn at all times to help support a safe work place. I worked in this supervisor role for nine years with Essilor Labs.

• Started with Essilor at the Avisia plant as a order picker for inventory and pulled orders for production.
• Learned how to use blocker machine in surfacing as well as working with the polishers. Traditional polish lines and learned a little bit with digital polish lines area.
• Worked in warehouse ordering materials for all of plant. Supplies consisted from gloves to Optool DSX, UVNV coating, sand for sandblasting machines, polish for polishers, etc to keep plant running.
• Once going into Coating department, ansi standards were learned and mastered. Overseeing customer returns to confirm credits for customer service.
• Learned how to run AR machines, DLS 1200's and other models. Understood color graphs for AR colors and understood chemicals for AR recipes.
