Calibration Manger Key Responsibilities

Perform calibration, inspection, and maintenance of:

• Pressure gauges
• Hydraulic torque wrenches
• RAD torque guns
• Click-type torque wrenches
• Ensure all instruments meet accuracy standards and industry specifications
• Maintain calibration records, certificates, and documentation
• Diagnose and adjust equipment to correct measurement deviations
• Manage calibration schedules to ensure compliance and minimal downtime
• Follow quality control procedures and safety standards

Shop Technician Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and machinery

Work on systems involving:

• Motors and gear assemblies
• Valves and hydraulic components
• Brakes and clutches
• Bearings and rotating equipment
• Hoses and fluid systems
• Electrical wiring and components
• Identify failed components and perform repairs or replacements
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble mechanical systems
• Use diagnostic tools to isolate mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failure
• Ensure all repairs meet operational and safety standards

• Safely erected & dismantled scaffolds in confined spaces & in units that scaffolds where needed.
• Operated machinery in busy environments and maintained safety around equipment, people and other projects.
• Unloaded equipment and materials and moved supplies around on job sites in various weather conditions.
• Constructed scaffolds in appropriate positions and secured completed structures in place.
• Cleaned and organized work areas to prevent accidents and dangerous situations.
• Cut down boards and plywood panels to meet appropriate size requirements.
• Exxon Mobile Chemical Plant

• Erecting & dismantling scaffolds in Exxon Mobile BOP
• Safely and accurately built scaffolding in confined spaces like cooling towers.
• Safely constructed hung, tube and clamp and modular scaffolding systems.
• Operated machinery in busy environments and maintained safety around equipment, people and other projects.
• Unloaded equipment and materials and moved supplies around on job sites in various weather conditions.
• Cleaned and organized work areas to prevent accidents and dangerous situations.
• Broke down structures following project completion.
• Exxon Mobile BOP

• Sanded, stripped, brushed and power washed surfaces to clean and smooth, ensuring adherence of paint and primer.
• Mixed various paints according to specifications.

• Operated a variety of power tools such as paint sprayers, rollers and brushes.
• Assisted in mixing large batches of paint using colorants, thinners and other additives.
