• Coordinate and supervise construction sites on outside remodeling and new commercial constructions
• Elaborate estimates, invoices, and material list for concrete/masonry jobs
• Review codes, attend county and state meetings, requesting and managing permits.
• Oversee daily business operations, including managing payroll, preparing financial reports, and recording daily financial transactions
• Maintain client relationships and perform regular service checks to ensure optimal service performance
• Review claims, insurance policies, and progress on renovations to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Knowledge of pertinent federal safety regulations and procedures required for the local area and the state of NY.

Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures. Identifying variances, gathering material prices and availability.
