Motivate and coach 13- and 14-year-old girls in defensive skills and volleyball techniques. Keep an open dialogue, be a good listener, and serve as a role model both on and off the court.

I ensured a safe and nurturing environment for ten children between the ages of three and four, one of whom had special needs. I provided attentive care to them, changing their diapers when needed to keep them clean. I also communicated effectively with their parents and teachers about their individual needs. We spent our time both indoors and outdoors, playing games and with toys. My ability to communicate effectively with parents and teachers helped me to provide the best possible care for the children.
