I am currently a junior at Washington State University pursuing a degree in Hospitality Business Management, and I am seeking a housekeeping or front desk position to gain hands-on experience toward the 1,000 hours of industry work required for my major. I previously worked as a lifeguard, where I developed strong customer service skills and contributed to facility upkeep by cleaning restrooms and maintaining the general pool area. In this role, I also rotated to the front desk, where I was responsible for signing in guests, managing payments, creating accounts, and answering customer inquiries. I am hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to apply my education and previous experience in a hospitality setting like your inn.
