- Implement the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) as developed for each consumer by his/her family advocate and Service Coordinator
- Responsible for ensuring that the consumer’s financial matters are handled within agency procedures, including management of the personal needs
- Responsible for the scheduling of direct care staff ensuring that the number and types of staff assigned are adequate to meet the needs of the Individuals
