Served as Regional Lead Traffic Management Specialist for 11 Household Goods Locations (Pensacola FL, Jacksonville FL, Panama City, Gulfport MS, New Orleans, Key West, Guantanama Bay Cuba, Meridian Ms, Millington TN, Corpus Christi TX, Fort Worth TX). Assist counselors with Joint Travel Regulations in order to determine if a military/civilian member would be authorized a Household Goods move. Approving/Denying Shipping Entitlement extensions for Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard members. Approving/Denying military/civilian applications for their move to their next duty station.

Prepare monthly metric reports from data collected from each locations to be presented to the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer and Director of Household Goods.

Monitor each sites workload to ensure each location would be able to meet the requirement of processing all applications within three business days.

Travel to each site yearly to assess and correct business practices. Ensuring that each site is in compliance with the Joint Travel Regulations.
