- Assist with cleaning of enrober lines.

- Safe work habits, must follow lock out tag out procedures and all other safety rules.

- Ability to operate specialized equipment such as floor scrubber, wax remover machine and be certified to operate pallet jack.

- Must be able to work with personal protective equipment such as face shields, mask, goggles, glasses, rubber boots, ear plugs, body harness and gloves.

- Must successfully complete training.

- Work in different areas as assigned.

- Must be able to read and complete checklists and various department forms.

- Demonstrated ability to follow directions, work with minimal supervision an be able to finish assignments.

- Ability to understand safety information provided in the material safety data sheet.

- Must have mechanical aptitude in highly complex automated equipment, detail cleaning and disassembly of all critical equipment.

- Ability to comprehend written instructions and perform chemical concentration checks to ensure critical equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized.

- Ability to accurately read, prepare, titrate and use chemicals per label instructions.

- Must be willing to work with personal protective equipment.

- Ability to operate heavy duty machines.

- Ability to work safely in a wet environment and on ladders, platforms and, or lifts.

- Ability to follow directions in English and Spanish.

- Must be crossed trained in cleaning of all production areas.

- One who transfers pallets of bulk candy and packaging materials from the warehouse staging area to the designated production line.

- Return candy and supplies to holding room.

- Bring boxes and materials from the back of the warehouse to all required locations.

- Palletizes and wraps finished pallets to be stored in shipping warehouse, entering quantities into system records.

- Reset and cleaned tables quickly to prepare for new customers.

- Collect trash, wipe up slips and removed trays to maintain fresh an clean customer areas.

- Work quickly, communicated with other staff and always look for better ways of completing tasks to improve productivity and keep tables ready for incoming guests.

- Complete side work duties, ensure that all necessary supplies were stocked for shift success.

- Properly use chemicals to sanitize and clean dinnerware and silverware.

- Ensure that all the containers such as pots, skillets and all cooking equipment is properly clean.
