Audit and verification is performed to ensure that forms are filled in correctly and session dates are correct. Once all forms are collected and audited, forms are submitted to agencies that Imagine contracts with. Strong communication skills with employees and agency personnel are required. If there are any discrepancies that need to be corrected this is communicated with agency that revisions have been made. Also maintain excel spreadsheet of employees payroll invoices that are scheduled to be paid weekly. Once payment of invoices have been reviewed then payroll files are submitted to CPA main office for processing in their payroll system. CPA office also keeps and maintains records for employees tax purposes.
