Developed and executed program of activities for group of 10+ preschool aged children. Ensured a safe and stimulating camp experience. Oversaw swim instruction, outdoor enrichment activities, arts and crafts, and sports, recreation and games. Responsible for maintaining a log of daily activities and communicating with parents regarding camper progress and issues.

Lead activities for the girls including tennis, arts & crafts, swimming, boating and hiking. Mediated disagreements and encouraged collaboration and kindness. Prepared campers for 1.5 mile lake swim and choreographed dance performance for annual talent show. Communicated with parents on a daily basis.

Supported counselors in overseeing children ages 3-10. Filled in for absent counselors and provided additional support on high volume days. Assisted camp director as needed.
