Dear Prospective Employer, My name is Lucy Prado and I am a level four Surgical Technologist who has twenty years of experience who is looking for a position in your O.R Department to build my skills further. Throughout my career I have performed many procedures in various specialties of surgery. My strongest skills and training are orthopedics,Total Joints are my passion. I am familiar wit h various Vendor trays and know most of their products. I do very little Vascular cases but if On-Call I can do to the best of my ability. Currently I am obtaining Robotic and Bariatric procedures know various surgical tools. equipment and technology such as laparoscopic cases. My biggest concern is keeping a sterile field while passing instruments and supplies to the Surgeon or his Assistant in the most safest manner. I also have excellent communicational skills which enhance my ability to understand and further anticipate Surgeon's needs. I focus on teamwork and my ability to multitask or solve a problem. Currently I am obtaining my certification as a Surgical Technologist, I am current with CPR, have TB shot and all needed immunization for Covid. I believe my many years of experience has made me a very efficient, motivated self-starter who requires limited supervision.
