• Execute 3-point and 5-point calibrations on instrumentation, electronic and pneumatic to shoot loops with and without a communicator
• Analyze instruments calibrations for pH and Ammonia tanks unit, Uria Unit, (N) Nitrogen unit, Demineralized unit, wastewater unit, cooling tower, clarifier tank unit and N2 unit.
• Commissioning boiler instruments such as pressure, flow, level and temperature transmitters, pressure, flow temperature control valves for proper function & facility requirements.
• Assist on start-up procedures on ISBL & OSBL, Ammonia Unit (NH3), Reformer Unit, Downstream Nitric Acid Unit, and AUN Unit.
• Worked with Operating Systems and Block Units such as: Utility Compressor, 4PLAT, DD6, GRU (Steam Turbine), 3 VAC Motor, DMRSL, Crude 5&6 Motor Pumps and WWT (Steam Turbine)
• Configuring all PID, data, sheets, loops, drawings, schematics, and specifications to concur with its documentation
