-Overseeing production of entire plant- departments such as Grinding, CNC Lathe, GT Lathes, Vibro/Blasting/Polishing, Mills/Mill Turn, Swiss Star SR20 and SV20, Secondary Operation and General Deburring.
-Working with planning team to schedule and plan for the month goal.
-Working with team leads to maintain productivity throughout the department.
-Update the team during morning meetings and update slide presentation for production hours from previous day.
-Update the team on machine status including set up and first piece inspection status.

-Present aisle boards per department during a Drumbeat meeting. Discuss issues at each aisle and talk about targets and actuals for the shift. Communicate why actual targets were missed.
-Coach and train aisle leads and department leads. Work with them to manage the aisles make sure each aisle is properly staffed.
-Maintain a positive environment. Work with operators as needed. Training or coaching them on new or updated processes.
-Part of the hiring process. Perform interviews and tours around our facility. Give a little background of what we do.
-Reward employees by issuing a Extra Mile Award. Like to give credit when credit is due.
-Work with Engineering, Quality so identify the root cause of defective product. Better training, more communication. Add red alerts as needed to better guide our operators.
