Summary

Greetings, My name is Luis Bernal.

My total experience in the automotive collision industry is over 11 years (As a professional). Not counting my childhood, growing up working on cars with my father. I have gone through multiple shops and I have gain an emence amount of knowledge, skill and understanding of this industry. The experience I gained through the years has completed me with the abilities to move through the industry with ease, it has lead me to running my own business and team (a total of 13 employees). I don't feel the need to talk about the other shops that I have gone through, I feel and know that with what I have done with my own projects and achievements speak for themselves. Currently I am retiring from owning my own company as of March 1st, 2025 due to life complications and struggles, I no longer have to energy nor time to continue this venture. But I stay with a clear mind and future for myself, my family and my career. I am greatly disciplined and focused on my life objectives, work well as a team and I can manage myself and others if needed, excellent customer experience with a proficiency of communication skills and management. Going above and beyond what is required of me is what I believe is necessary not only for myself but for the companies I work for. As I always told my employees, and I quote. "The way you work is the way you live your life, your work ethic is a representation of who you are as a peron."
