We anticipate the fire stations to be approximately 8,000 – 11,000 square feet in size
The first fire station projected for construction will require a well and septic system and the building parking lot layout will need to accommodate this future use.

The intent of this scope is to replace eight (8) 100% outside air split air conditioning R-22
systems and two (2) single zone split heat pump R-22 systems
This scope is based on
the removal and replacement of the existing air handlers/resistance heating elements and
remote condensers with eight (8) waters cooled 100% outside air heat pump units with
integral hot gas reheat coil and two (2) water cooled single zone heat pump units with
integral electric heat; replacement of existing electric duct heaters with new duct heaters
Removal of the refrigerant line sets and removal all existing controls & wiring to the
condensing units and indoor air handlers, installation of new supply air and return air
ducting as required to re-connect the new air handling units to the existing ductwork
Contractor shall provide one (1) new closed-circuit fluid cooler cooling tower with
integral tower pump, two building distribution pumps, PP-R polypropylene condenser
water piping, isolation valves for all equipment, BACnet controls for all new equipment,
and the contractor shall connect all new mechanical BACnet control systems to existing
Siemens Apogee Design host computer workstation in building 3909 and provide a
standalone DDC 15” graphics display panel in the manager’s office

This project was to design and construct a reinforcing vented low water crossing at the existing aggregate crossing
The crossing shall be designed and constructed to allow freedom of movement for current and future military loading projections during flood conditions resulting from a 50 year and 100-year events over the reinforced crossing with a maximum of 1’ and 2’ depth of water respectively
The crossing shall include object markers (type three double sided) and may include chevrons to delineate the travel way during high water conditions
The aggregate approaches shall be designed and constructed to provide a smooth transition to the new crossing while minimizing the maintenance required following weather events up to and including 100-year event
The crossing design shall incorporate headwalls, wingwalls, aprons and riprap protection for the vented flow and slope paving, continuous footings (toe walls), and riprap for the overflow
Additionally, fixed gates shall be designed, sited, and installed to provide road closure during excessive weather events while providing access to other routes or trails not effected by the high-water conditions
