I am responsible for monitoring negative inventory reports. As well as cycle counting all stock items in the warehouse to verify that all counts and items are accurate in their locations according to Macola. I must investigate and correct inventory discrepancies in Macola, by issuing out of stock or returning to stock items, depending on the reason for the discrepancy. After physical counting is complete, any required inventory corrections are entered in Macola. I volunteer to consolidate alike items into one location to make it look more organized and professional.

• Conducted physical counts of products regularly, verifying quantities against system records for precise tracking.
• Identified trends in inventory inaccuracies, proactively addressing potential issues before they escalated into larger problems.

• Ability to operate both sit down and stand-up forklifts, manlifts, or other industrial equipment when needed to assist with duties.
• Ability on loading and unloading shipping trucks and shipping containers, verifying shipping route schedules and checking orders for accuracy prior to shipping.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact well with people.(customer service and dispatchers)
• Ability to function as a team player within a diverse group and the capacity to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Maintained strong relationships with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx,DHL and any LTL trucking.
• Sent booking requests to freight forwarders and generated bills of lading.
• Collaborate to help in different departments.
