Experience in new construction. Experience with A/C systems, water heaters, plumbing, and electrical work, both exterior and interior.
Experience working with various vendors, including the warranty process and tracking every detail within the community.
Based on the availability report for move-in, this is done for the next ten days, with advance notice given to the assigned make-ready team.
A daily review is conducted first thing every day.
This schedule also includes the creation of the make-ready board by the one-side system, which tracks progress.
