As a COMM tech IV, I was responsible to install various services for residential and commercial customers, did all new installs that required running new lines from street pole to home or business , Installed and ran fiber optic wires and devices, maintain main lines at pole or underground, plan and run coax and cat5 to several locations in property to install services like tv, internet, phone and home alarm, business security including monitors also did service calls and fixed any problems customer had using tools such as volt-OHM meters, spectrum analyzers and signal level meters. Installed various types of high-tech security systems such as alarms and video surveillance systems ,Educated customers on effective use of security system, Followed standards and procedures to maintain safe work environment.

• Performed scheduled maintenance on electrical and HVAC systems.

As a controls tech in ADI I did numerous different tasks, ran miles of low voltage wire and cat5 for commercial bussines to install new security card readers and sensors, actuator motors for HVAC control, clean room control,temp sensors, terminated and installed all wires and control boards in closets or weather proof cabinets up on the roof, bent all conduit to finish install at panels and tested everything to make sure it was 100% in working status.
