UA Rich Mountain Assistant Coach, 2022-Present.

Helped guide both the men's and women's programs to the NJCAA D1 Region 2 Tournament. The Bucks men's program reached the Region 2 Championship and finished as Region 2 Tournament runners-up with a record of 6-8-3 during the 2022 campaign. Garcia helped guide the women’s team to its best season in school history, with an 8-7-4 overall record during the 2024 campaign.
