- I'm currently a 5 and 8 operator, and my tasks usually are:
- I receive a liquid product and utilize my 5 and 8 machines to make the liquid thicker to a certain set point that Leprino expects.
- I take samples of the product and input the data into the system.
- I foam and rinse my 5 and 8 machines, as well as start the CIP process at the end of my shift.
- I utilize Excel to input the chemicals I use for the CIP process.
- I utilize advanced technical skills and expertise to troubleshoot complex problems and implement solutions.
- I utilize various software and tools to streamline processes and optimize performance.
- UF operator:
- I take samples every hour, and input the results into the system.
- I work on a computer to operate the UF machines.
- Maintain the setpoints that Leprino and the supervisors expect.
- Make sure that separators and clarifiers are working efficiently.
