- Ran underground PVC Conduit SCH 40&80 Ranging from 1'-8'inch for feeders, Communications, MV, & electrical racks.
- Ability to read and interpret prints and panel schedules for site
- installment of lighting system and fixtures, along with photocells or motion sensors as requested per Prints.
- Install electrical equipment Such as 600A main disconnect, AUX PDP 480/277v panel, SENS UPS panel, STEM Athena panel which houses all our CAT5 Communication systems. This includes wiring up and terminating CAT5/6 cables and all 120v power.
- Utility meter install with CTs provided.
- Installing NEMA 3R enclosre for fiber/internet providers.
- Installment of Starlink internet system.
- Installment of 651R reclosure, wiring and suppling 120v along with its Comms data.
- Installment of 735 STEM meter reader, wiring up 120v and comms data.
- Pulling and Terminating 500MCM DC cables from our PCS to BESS units
- Trenching and installing our Grounding Grid, Caldwelds, ground rods driven to specified depth in accordance with our Prints.
- Pull MV wires from PCS to PCS
- Pull MV Homerun
- Pull all 480v 3 phase to PCS and BESS
- Terminate 480v in PCS and BESS
- Torque all Terminated Lugs and Bolts
- Apply Torque Seal Tamperproof marks
- Pull our 480v Home run to Marked Utility Pole.
- Megging every cable prior to being terminated and perform company required meg log and upload to Procore or projectsight.
- Be on site for when Utility Provider energizes 480v to Main Disconnect.
- Confirm voltage with meter, check and make sure our phase rotation is correct using phase rotation meter.
- Be a Company Rep. for all third party contractors, enforcing all safety and company policies.
- Energize all our 480v power systems as well as our 120v systems.
- Troubleshoot any problems that arise from our end.
- Always maintained good and efficient communication with proper chain of command.
