  • Responsible for analyzing and assisting with the financial performance of designated Markets and service lines, leading, and implementing financial strategies to improve key measures. and monitoring and analyzing budget variances with explanations and action plans to increase productivity and profitability.
  • Review direct expense (punch compliance, premium pay, etc.) indirect expense (admin wages, training hours, overtime, etc and productivity (downtime, on scene time and out-the door time) metrics weekly and perform analysis to speak to positive and negative variances.


Payroll


  • Review and approve/decline missed punch requests, including PTO requests daily.
  • Finalize timecard review and submit for processing by Monday at noon on payroll processing weeks.


Performance Management


  • Manage and improve the performance of DHMTs through evaluations, feedback, coaching, development opportunities, monitoring and analyzing performance KPI data, communicating expectations and goals, and collaborating with other leaders to align with organizational goals.
  • Transform data into actionable strategies.
  • Assist in APP Scorecard Development, complete assigned metric updates by first week of the month for Lead App
  • DHMT Scorecard Development, completed by first week of the month to utilize for 1:1's.


Recruitment, Hiring & Training


  • Manage the hiring process for DHMT staff, including creating job postings, sourcing, and recruiting candidates, making hiring decisions, providing training during onboarding and ongoing.
  • Adhere to talent acquisition service level agreement
  • Ensure all qualified candidates that meet the job description are considered for the position and interviewed accordingly.
  • Work collaborative with onboarding team to ensure everything is in place prior to start date.
  • Connect with new hire weekly from offer accepted to start date to answer any questions and to ensure a great hiring experience.


Office Management


  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and appropriate federal/state/clinical signage is posted

Lab

Fleet

Supply Chain
