The duties as a banquet server at server at Brook Hollow Golf Club included setting and breaking down the ballroom for weddings, which means that we would usually be off around 2 am
This is the home to huge events of many important people such as Tony Romo, Perot, Jordan Speith and Jerry Jones whom occasionally visit the club for walk
We cater to some very huge events and important events like the SweetHeart Ball
The SweetHeart Ball is an event were very generous donors (10-40,000$) are invited to a private synchronized dinner
This day is very important for the club as it is a privilege for the dinner to take place at Brook Hollow Golf Club, the servers and bartenders arrive as early as 12pm to get the room set up because the Host go very far with the decorations and with the details
Service begins and all the team captains gather their servers to begin serving in synchronization
The Guest leave and we must break down the ballroom which means that day we get off around 2:00 AM
Another big event happens in the first two weeks of December and its called Brunch With Santa
This is a 300 guest plus, the day begins with the servers arriving around 5am in order to set up the tables and decorations which includes, setting up the table numbers, decorating the tables, and setting up the tables with the proper silverware and seats
The Brunch ends at 2pm and we servers must clean breakdown
