Summary

Bilingual (English, Spanish) Fitness teacher/coach with 3 years of teaching experience, 2 years with elementary age students and 1 year with middle school age students. Specializing in keeping high school and college athletes in top shape in and out of season. I use a mix of weight training and vigorous cardio vascular routines to achieve results. My main objective is to get kids and adults alike to fall in love with fitness and to appreciate it for all of its incredible benefits. I am extremely motivated in helping kids in and out of sports. I want to pave a clear road for kids who don't completely know where their lives are going or who are having a rough time in school. A good workout and having someone who genuinely cares can make all the difference in a young adults life. Kids who believe that no one pays attention to them or who do not necessarily like or do sports will have the chance to increase their physical fitness, confidence and help them feel more welcomed by their peers.
