Work with USGS

  • Acting as Lean-Agile product management coach and consultant for USGS water data and water services branches, supporting organization wide transformation efforts.
  • Acting as Product manager for program and team level backlogs and cross functional teams responsible for multiple products that give access to historical water data, real-time water data and data modeling tools for both the general public, water scientists, organizations, and businesses.
  • Providing expertise and coaching regarding agile project funding models, and the program and portfolio level changes that support modular contracts for government contractors.

Consultant Efforts with Fannie Mae

  • Under the auspice of Fannie's Multifamily Business Transformation Office, Portfolio leadership and PMCOE, lead an effort to build and train a cross functional innovation team tasked with identifying and executing innovative capabilities across all value streams.
  • Built an iterative, hypothesis and outcome driven set of processes for incubating and executing innovative capabilities; from data-informed problem identification, hypothesis driven solution identification, to prototyping and MVP identification and execution.
  • Leveraged the organization's agile framework and commitment to organizational-agility by building a set of processes and culture with a strong foundation in Lean Start Up, Lean UX, Human Centered Design, and Systems Thinking strategies.
  • Shadowed the team as it brought Enterprise Epics through its new innovation framework, including user research and iterative experimentation and prototyping, receiving a green light for multiple high impact Epics, their MVP and feature roadmaps, for products that effect the nations top lending institutions and borrowers; spanning 6+ value streams and multiple programs containing dozens of development teams per program.

Efforts internal to Ventera

  • Acted as a product development, Agile, and Lean UX SME on multiple business development efforts that resulted in winning contracts with the multiple federal agencies.
  • Worked with the internal office of Delivery Excellence and CX organization to expand their propriety resource utilized for internal employee and client training and project execution. Leveraging deep experience with enterprise Lean UX strategies to train and guide teams on how to incorporate Lean UX and Human Centered Design for organizations and projects of all sizes, from small and large commercial contracts to government clients.
