Greeted guests at the front and helped them with any questions. This included both the rock-climbing side and the children's play area. I would then give them a tour and get them ready with equipment. I would then help them with anything they needed: purchasing items, tips, and overall good customer engagement. Answering calls regarding customer questions about specific business details and booking events was part of my daily activities. Handled 50 to 200 customers per day, not including phone calls.
