I graduated from Defiance High School in 2017. Since then, I have gone into the work industry at an accelerated pace to continually learn new skills and move up in the world. I can be very competitive but often show humility by expressing often that I in no way have everything figured out or that I know everything there is to know. I take pride in the fact that I continuously strive to learn more.

My all-time favorite job of which provided me with plenty of experience and education as well as promotions and pay raises, not to mention the abundant benefits. The only reason I left this job was due to me buying rental properties and starting my own endeavors as a landlord and as a private property manager for other local landlord after establishing many connections. My duties at spectrum were as follows:
As an independent contractor or Handyman, I am a skilled professional who offers a wide range of repair, maintenance, and improvement services to clients. Considering my name and work ethic was tied directly, I took a lot of pride in ensuring I did my absolute best to achieve complete satisfaction from my clients. i do not have any licenses so i made it very clear that i was not licensed or insured and mostly provided work for the local landlords and on occasion would work for customers i was reffered by a previous client. i have never done public marketing or advertising for this part of my job. Services Provided are as follows:
While working for Spectrum I was able to accumulate 7 rental properties and was then able to live off of my rent since I had little to no debt. I left Spectrum to focus entirely on my own passion and dreams. I had a lot of fun and being able to make my own schedule and take time off when I wanted/needed to be the dream, and for a while I achieved it. by the end of 2022 I was in charge of about 30 rental units and maintaining them mostly on my own. my responsibilities were as follows:
Menards was an enjoyable experience and i really enjoyed the work duties which were as follows:
My time at DMP- Defiance Metal Products. (which is now known as MEC) wasn't very exciting. Factory work to me was personally miserable due to it being very easy, repetitive and most importantly uninteresting.
When i was hired in my first position was working the metal mill, in which i would program the machine to make specific and accurate cuts to metal pieces that would later go on to vehicle parts. i would need to inspect every metal piece i did for imperfections and scratches as these were meant to be high quality parts.
For the first three to four of months that was my job, often times i would finish my supply with plenty hours still left and i would essentially become a floater and wander around the factory picking up other jobs as needed. I was very efficient. i would also become forklift certified and drove often to resupply myself so that i could keep working at my station or help out around the factory to carry around baskets for parts.
After those few months i would find a position opening up at the shears station, a huge machine in which very heavy and long sheets of steel, aluminum, and other materials (ranging from 4x8 to 4x12ft sheets) would be manually fed by me to make precise cuts to be sent to the next stations. i personally do not know how heavy the sheets weighed up to but i speculate they were roughly 300-500 pounds for the steel sheets and 100-250 for the aluminum sheets. i used a very strong magnet that i would use to pull and slide the sheets into the machine which was a very good workout and was honestly the most enjoyable job there.
The shears also required me to learn to use a crane that would be use to unload semi trucks carrying the big bundles of steel/aluminum sheets each bundle typically weighing a couple tons.
I worked at Elder-Beerman alongside KFC my senior year in highschool. My responsibilities were as follows:
