• Assisted in the development of the facility requirements for 48 MILCON projects to include the review and input of the Basic Facility Requirement Line (BFRL) and Activity/Region Program level DD1391.

• Created and provided 80 MILCON project related System Requirements Matrix’s (SRM), 20 Preliminary Manning Requirements Development Documents (PMRDD), 6 C4IT Requirement Packages to NIWC and NSWC in addition to helping create and providing feedback and comments to the project Requirements Analysis Documents (RAD) and the Base Electronic System Engineering Plan (BESEP).
• Created 60 Rough Order of Magnitude Cost Estimates (ROM) and participated in several IPT’s and Operational Planning Teams (OPT) session for further development of the ROM in support of the SRM.
• Maintained and researched Request for Information (RFI’s) for NIWC, NSWC, NAVFAC for over 48 Military Construction (MILCON) projects in support of the RAD and BESEP. To include conducting and supporting several MILCON projects site surveys, interviews, requirement gathering, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and the development of network site survey reports in accordance with Installation Process Handbook, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and Marine Corps Order (MCO).
• Assisted in several design constructions RFP’s, and Operational Risk Management (ORM) briefings, with designated stakeholders consisting of Environmental personnel, Electrical engineers, HVAC personnel, Fire personnel, Mechanical, Design Architect, Contracting Officers, Project Manager (PM), Design Manager (DM), Project Surveyor, Geotech, AT/FP personnel, Telecom and Cost Estimator.
• Supported several development, editing, proofreading, organizing and review of planning and design documents such as; Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP), Activation Requirement dot Diagrams and Certification and Accreditation (C&A) plans in accordance with the NIWC, NSWC and NAVFAC Installation Process Handbook, MCO and the UFC.
