Adept at stakeholder engagement and budget administration, I leveraged these skills at the General Secretariat- Mayor's Office of Bogota to support the SARLAFT strategy, benefiting over 2000 officials. My adaptability and detail-oriented approach have been pivotal in enhancing compliance and reporting mechanisms, achieving significant milestones in public management and international cooperation.
• Attention and service to the value and interest groups of the General Secretariat (clients) understood as officials or contractors of the District entities in information and training requirements for strengthening the adoption and adaptation process of the AML/CFT system. More than 200 spaces developed, 64 entities and 2000 officials and collaborators attended
• Support the planning, implementation and monitoring of the strategy of adoption and adaptation of the Risk Management System for Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (SARLAFT) in the entities of the District
• Support the generation of reports associated with the goals and products of the District Directorate of Institutional Development within the framework of the investment project and compliance policies
• Generate spaces of articulation with strategic allies of the district such as the office of the United Nations, the Presidency of the Republic, the Financial Information Unit among others, to strengthen the adaptation of a system that manages these risks usually typical of the private sector in the public sector
•Support in the creation and strengthening of the District Network of Compliance Officers with the planning, coordination and development of ordinary sessions, management and monitoring of commitments and systematization of information recorded in minutes
• Planning, coordination and development of spaces for visibility of the strategy such as the Commemoration of the District Day for the Prevention of Money Laundering
• Support for the generation of a virtual course on measures and tools for the prevention of money laundering in district public entities with UNODC
• Timely and effective preparation of information reports and progress reports on the product and execution of budgetary resources for public policy and the product of public investment projects in the different required periodicities
