As a chef at my own company, I have been cooking for my clients for the past 10 years. They initially come to me with the goal of changing their lives. I teach them how to change their diet in a sustainable and practical way. I create vegan recipes that allow them to continue enjoying the foods they love but with a new, healthier and more sustainable version. I love cooking and I love showing love through food. I grew up in a family where the kitchen was always the heart of our home and becoming vegan 9 years ago brought a new range of possibilities into my life that inspired me to show my clients the benefits I have seen for my own health.
My main functions have been
- Develop and execute a diverse and seasonal vegan menu that reflects current food trends and customer preferences.
-Prepare high-quality, flavorful dishes using fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay informed about vegan cooking techniques, trends, and nutritional benefits.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring minimal waste and optimal freshness.
- Create and maintain recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance the dining experience.
- Participate in menu tastings, special events, and promotional activities.
