  • Managed Two Frito Lay Maintenance shops in the Texas Region encompassing a total of 105 Tractors, 500 Trailers, 2 Supervisors, and 15 Techs to support the South Texas Region. My performance in both shops resulted in leading the sites to perform better than operational plan in 2024 Saving the company a combined total of $2.4 Million in cost savings.
  • Controlled budgets for both locations. Forecasted cost expenditure throughout the year by sub accounts. Was successful in reducing overhead cost at each location by employing operational processes, and raised throughput through staffing and targeted training.
  • Enhanced fleet efficiency by implementing preventive maintenance programs such as interval based PM Schedules and streamlined process to capture vehicles on time resulting in DOT PM being 100% in 2024 compared to prior year 95%.
  • ·Oversaw inventory control systems for parts and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
