Promoted to Maintenance Mechanic Technician after 5 years of working for Consolidated Container Company. I started out doing preventive maintenance. I was responsible for greasing the machines, changing hydraulic filters, changing air filters, replacing broken parts, and inspecting for any damage parts to replace them before they break. This also included ways to prevent down time in the machine, checking oil levels, accumulator pressure, inspecting hydraulic hoses for leaks, temperature reading, replacing heater bands when they went bad, replacing broken Gauges, replacing rotacs, rebuilding air

Detectors, blow molds, baggers and sidel. I have about 10 years experience doing mold change overs and qualifying new bottles . Also have a lot of experience with sidel change overs . Monitored machine functions to ensure proper operation. Troubleshoot process problems.
Continuously looking for opportunities for process improvement to get the lines running at a faster speed and FPY above 95 % .
