• Working as a 5 man team we have completed 4 newly built buildings installation of car wash equipment inside and out, 3 acquired car washes removal and renovations with Club Car Wash equipment, and repair and replace maintenance tasks and repair of 20 plus stores in a years time throughout the entire midwest of the United States.
• Unloading of Car Wash and building equipment from semi trucks using Skid steer, Lull, Telehandler, and pallet jacks onto lot and into buildings.
• Preparation and Installation of automatic car conveyor placing, measuring, and laser guiding for welding, placing chains on conveyor, and safety grating along sides.
• Installing plastic siding and roofing, aluminum and stainless steel arches at specific intervals according to blueprint schematics down the entire tunnel, shelving for hoses, hydraulic air and water hose, bison and tires shine motor and brush, mitter and van high arms and brushes, and Sonnys air drying blower systems.
• Entire backroom planning and installation of preparation tanks and motors with shut-off floats, chemical and product tanks, hydraulic motor packs, reclaim system, reclaim tank, Reverse Osmosis System and tanks, water heater placement, booster pump placement and air tanks for car vacuums.
• Installation of vacuum stanchions and arms, bolting to concrete, connecting and sealing vacuum piping air supply piping, turbine motor and separator and attaching debris collectors, handles, mat racks, trash cans, and hoses.
• Working beside and in correlation with Electricians, Plumber, HVAC, and Landscaping contractors to achieve scheduled openings.

• Worked as a Zone Leader performing regular analysis, scheduling, and regular maintenance of parks and City of Kennewick buildings.
• Trained temporary workers in Workplace Safety Procedures: Proper Sanitation of Bathrooms, Playgrounds, Splash Pads, and Sport complex buildings.
• Using city equipment properly to accomplish tasks; Excavators, Loaders and Backhoe tractors to dig large holes, and remove large rocks to reach underground piping.
