I'm a hardworking and dedicated team member. I reported directly to one of the owners of the business and with my experience I was able to assist the owners in growing the business while also assisting their operations. I also have 6 plus years of experience on one of the most exclusive Golf Courses in the country. With limited membership they expect top level, world class from their caddy program. I've been able to demonstrate and educate younger caddies. It is crucial to keep the members energetic, mentally in the game, and keep their performance as the highest level. This is a very physical job due to working in all the outside elements and the type of bags members might have.
