Busser/Bartender
- Picked up shifts behind the bar when other bartenders were unavailable.
- Opened and closed the bar, prepped ingredients for the next bartender.
- Made sure that all of the stations were properly filled before closing and throughout the shift.
- Prepped ingredients for the next busser.
- Brought food to the tables, refilled drinks, and would seat people if the servers needed assistance.
- Cleaned and reset tables, pre-bussed to make the process smoother.
