I have worn a myriad of hats in my professional career. I pride myself in staying faithful and committed to the company or business owner employing me, but stay steady in my love to expand and grow. My life is a constant journey of self improvement, and discovery, to become the best version of myself, and I believe that comes off quite well in my day to day operations, as well as my ideas for big pictures goals. I have always been able to appreciate the skill sets previous jobs have required me to learn, while also looking expectantly toward the future. Growth is a constant search for discomfort. When we stop moving forward, we are moving backward. I believe we do our best work when we are fulfilled, and challenged in our careers.
- I moved from Wisconsin to Arizona to help in a virtual fitness business startup, where I did both business development, marketing and training, growing the business from 150 to close to 400 active members
-As the virtual business stabilized, I moved into CrossFit coaching, and member retention, managing of the CrossFit gym to grow it from 90 to over 200 members in 9 months time, and maintaining meaningful relationships with the members as the community grew.
- Upon first moving to Arizona, just myself and the owner ran both the physical gym, and the virtual fitness program. My job was to help grow and evolve every aspect of the business from payment processing all the way to social media marketing, physical restructuring, and updating of the "in person" and virtual format to make it more enticing to members.
- While the accomplishments we achieved together were rewarding, i can truly say, that building relationships with the members and and being able to speak belief and positivity into their lives was absolutely the best part of stretch of my career!
- I Started up and grew a professional country band in Phoenix over the last 2 years.
- Between networking, Outreach, cutting our teeth where need be, and of course by the Grace of God we have grown from a band with no following, to playing at the biggest country venues in Phoenix, including Whiskey Row, The Stillery (chandler and happy valley), Good Time Charlies, Wicked Brews, as well as the festival of the lights with over 10,000 people in attendance, and will soon be playing at Tom Ryan's, CB Live, and Harold's Saloon.
- In this role I learned how to market myself, and our band. Grow our fanbase in the area, observe and adapt to what the larger venues are looking for as far as material and stage presence, and create a professional look, attitude, and sound with some professional musicians that came to us from all over the US.
- Most of all this career has forced me become comfortable in high tension situations in which you still need to perform, and entertain at the highest level, to bring these venues the energy and crowd interaction they are looking for.
- This role required more versatility than any past positions. Because we were a relatively small company, and the US branch consisted of only the Director of sales, and the Business Development Manager, I came into a small, fast growing team that needed my assistance in many areas. I was the first person with this position, and therefor had to find a path for myself that worked best for the company.
- I helped in creating and designing a post card campaign for marketing salt storage structures, and compiled lists of thousands in different states for reach out. I created new lists each quarter and researched which company would best distribute them. Along with a few other corporate designs for cards, and smaller campaigns, I was also sales admin for the US.
- All of this took place while I created a system for the US to operate with only one sales admin, and while doing direct and dealer sales to customers I called daily.
- I have learned how to manage dealers/installers through each step of the installation and sales process
- I prepared the dealer management reports, sales updates, and covered all in progress production orders, before delivering them to the president of the company weekly, on the executive team call between Canada and our US branch.
I served a successful term as a Senator for the SGA at UWMC college, as well as a successful term as the head of the Evangelical Committee at St. Stevens Lutheran church.
I served as the interim worship team leader at Thrive church for a season
I received my black belt in Taekwondo at 18 years old
