As an equipment operator at WE Energies I spent time training on the raw water wastewater plant at the Elm Road Generating Station. Maintaining and troubleshooting various pumps, valves, and motors to keep things running smooth was part of my tasks. I also spent time operating front end loaders and wheeled tractors to support coal conveying equipment for power plant operations. Equipment inspections and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment are carried out daily.

• Inspected completed parts to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Utilized micrometers and calipers to measure and verify precise tolerances.
• Operated drill presses, lathes and milling machines to produce required parts.
• Manually set up machinery, lathes, and grinders. Programmed and setup various CNC machines with SIemens and Fanuc controls.
