- Developed a technology coordination "Help Desk" application called Carbon for district technology advisors. It tracks Chromebook issues and information for over 1600 current students in the District.
- Configured and deployed DHCP assignments to 450+ computers, phones, and printers through FOG Client. Additionally, several computer images were updated and deployed.
- Managed Windows Server machines that control domain functionality district-wide.
- Managed and fixed switches and camera servers to provide full 24/7 surveillance efficiently to the district.
- Deployed machine and network security using Sophos power-over-ethernet access points and XIntercept.
