  • Served as one of two internal Project Controls Schedulers on the biggest program Ameren Transmission has ever had, the Long-Range Transmission Program (LRTP)
  • Defined scope and transformed this into schedules for long-term engineering and construction projects by communicating with all project stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to, engineering, project management, procurement, risk, environmental, vegetation, and construction.
  • Created and cost-loaded construction schedules to analyze contractor spend throughout the course of project execution.
  • Served as a focal point of communication for the PCS group with our primary steel pole supplier, Sabre, to analyze and coordinate correct quantities of material and delivery dates in order to meet OTD for all projects across the Ameren Transmission organization.
  • Collaborated with the Ameren Transmission Construction Quality team and successfully defined requirements to create material reports to better assist them with their vendor material tracking.
  • Analyzed project budgets in order to execute successful forecasting cycles each month throughout the course of every project's execution. This includes monitoring vendor spend, issuing POs, and using reports, such as our construction tracker, to track contractor progress and spend.
