As a flight instructor at First Team Pilot Training, I help people of all ages achieve their goals in aviation! Teaching is tailored to every student from ground knowledge to training in the aircraft. Work begins with reaching out to current, or potential, students to find a time to schedule. Structuring and completing lessons begins once I meet with each student. I encourage my students to reach out to me at any time if they have questions or to reschedule future lessons. I have found this to be the most efficient and effective way for progress to be made.
As a current recreational center worker, I am responsible for a list of duties each hour to ensure that the gym/weight room remains in top shape. Cleaning and sanitizing are key elements to making sure that the recreational center is a safe and healthy place for working out. Greeting and fulfilling the needs of students and other guests are standards that all employees must meet.
As a member of the Stokes Flying Service ground personnel, duties pertained to mixing and loading chemicals to aircraft with detail to correct measurement of chemical for the field of application. The members were responsible for refueling aircraft, along with exchanging out the spray booms for the fertilizer spreaders. Safety was a top priority of every employee while working around aircraft and handling harmful chemicals.
