Organized 20+ large corporate meetings between internal teams and those of large pharmaceutical companies—Bayer, Pfizer, Biogen, etc.—involving counsel, business development, lead scientists, and corporate executives. Arranged flights, hotels, restaurants, meeting rooms, A/V needs, documentation, and other requirements; coordinated many diverse schedules and needs.
Oversaw generation and successful submission of 8+ grant applications, of which 3 SBIR, 1 RC3, and 1 MDA grant were funded. Assisted in composing NIH grant language, generated entirety of grant application package. Lead coordination of multiple offices over periods of months to collate and build relevant biosketches, budget proposals, and the many other components of SBIR applications.
Assisted in managing aspects of Pre-Clinical-to-Clinical Trial at Mt. Sinai: Coordinated with laboratory teams to assist in smooth operation of clinical trials: sourced and ordered specialized equipment; booked arrangements for patients; collated data and assisted in data reporting; etc.
Patent Maintenance: Kept and routinely updated records of 20+ patents with relevant expirations, examiner correspondence, etc.; integrated into custom-built SQL database; oversaw renewal payments via USPTO, EPO, and PCT.
General Administration: calendars and scheduling for two VPs and CEO; bi-weekly payroll; attended to and detailed IP license compliance; office supplies, utilities and upkeep; AP/AR, deposits and record-keeping integrated with vendor contracts; complete meeting support, etc.
