As a dedicated Economics student at Providence College, I am passionate about applying economic principles to real-world challenges. Through my internship at All Island Tax Grievance, I gained invaluable knowledge about the complexities of property assessments and tax deductions.
During my time at All Island Tax Grievance, I actively contributed to the team by researching property information, analyzing property data, and preparing clients’ files. This experience enhanced my analytical skills and deepened my understanding of how businesses operate.
I'm excited to pursue a career in the business world by utilizing my academic background and internship experience.
Over the span of 10 weeks, I took the time to shadow my dentist in search of exploring career paths during my High school, Sophomore summer. Throughout the apprenticeship, I gained knowledge in various procedures, tools, and techniques.

When I was little my Dad taught me how to play Chess. Every time we played I lost. Eventually, we would draw or maybe I'd win a game. When I reached my early years of High school I became obsessed, and I would play anyone I could. During the pandemic I discovered online chess, and it rapidly accelerated my progress. I peaked at a rating of 1800, being in the top .5% of players. By my senior year of High school I became the President of the Chess Club teaching new players, running events, and organizing meetings.
In the summer, when visiting NYC, I would compete against every chess hustler I saw. Lastly, my passion for the game never left, as I still attend every PC Chess Club meeting I can.
When I was little my mother and I would take day trips to the city (NYC) to visit the art and history museums. We went to all the museums like the Met, the MOMA, and the Guggenheim. Fast forward to High school, and I had taken an art class for as long I could remember. I had won awards, sold pieces, and had my work installed in local galleries. Currently, I found a passion for pen and ink drawings of landscapes. As of recently, I created three different pieces all relating to a recent trip to Switzerland. Art is a creative outlet that activates a different part of your brain. Every brush stroke is a decision you make that influences a final outcome, in other words every art piece is a combination of hundreds of decisions you make with your brain to create a representation of something never made before.
Tennis is so important to me because of all the people I've met through it. Everyone says, "Tennis players are rich and snobby," yet I've met some of the most genuine people from playing tennis. My current roommate was my doubles partner at the first PC club tennis practice, and now we play doubles for our club team. The community that I have been apart, both on my HS and College teams, is something indistinguishable from any other job or experience I've had. I've never been more grateful for the tight-knit community I've been apart that carries on and off the court.
